Remote Assistant

We use a private Remote Assistant software to connect remotely to our clients' personal computers upon their request and with their permission. Click on the link below to download the software or click on the attachment [MeshCentralAssistant-WindowsStations.exe] at the bottom of this article.

Download Remote Assistant

Double click on the downloaded file to Run in. Nothing will show up on your screen. However, a small icon will appear at the bottom right corner that looks like the picture below.

If you do not see the icon, click on the ^ to show hidden icons:

Once you click on the MeshCentral Assistant, a screen will pop up that looks like this:

Click on the Request Help button! A pop up will appear.

Enter your request details in the white area. A remote session request will be sent to us where we will start the remote session immediately. Please let us know in advance that you request assistance as we have this available upon requests only.

Once the session is completed, you may close the Assistant window. If you require future assistance, please use the same procedure.
